Subject	grinding noise while driving

Message	the noise happens in all 5 gears. its like a crunching/grinding noise that varies from under the dash. it may come from the right side behind the dash or right in front of me. it will happen every so often. it does it constantly but its not like it grinds the whole time while im driving.....any one have a similiar problem or the same?
